To reset your password for www.oforce.com, you'll need to navigate to the Account Login screen.
From here, you will see a blue link labeled "Reset Password" under the Email/Phone field. Click the "Reset Password" link.
On the next screen, you'll enter the email address associated with your Openforce account and then click "Request Password Reset."
You'll receive an onscreen message letting you know that an email has been sent to reset your password.
Next, you'll log into your email account and locate the "Reset your password" email. Once you open the email, confirm the password change by clicking the blue link labeled "click here."
You will then be prompted to enter a new password, then enter that password a second time to confirm. Your new password needs to contain at least 8 characters and meet 3 of the following criteria: lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, or special characters.
Then click "Reset Password."
You will receive a confirmation on-screen that your password has been changed and will be presented with the option to click "Back to ICM," where you can then log in with your new password.
