Your T4A will be made available by February 28th of each year in your Openforce portal.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Login to your Openforce account and navigate to the My Documents section.
2. Click the Archive Documents tab along the top of the page. All of your available T4A documents will be listed on screen. To download the form, simply click the document name, in blue.
